We will utilize Statistical Quality Control and Statistical Process Control in our production to provide for a state of ‘Preventative’ Quality Assurance, stopping most problems before they can occur , and also maintain records which allows us to ‘follow a trail’ to the source of a production problem so it may be corrected and avoided in the future.
5. We will provide our customers with any necessary or requested information, documentation, drawings, and tolerances regarding any parts produced.
6. We will maintain a well trained staff, familiar with our products and procedures. Where necessary , training will be provided to insure that we may serve your needs in a more prompt and efficient manner.
